Hello! My name is Rosie and I am an illustrator, graphic designer and motion graphics artist based in lutruwita/Tasmania, the little island at the bottom of Australia.
I adore all things bright and colourful and love creating adventurous, fun and whimsical work.
In 2017 I moved to Brisbane to study at Griffith University, where I got a Bachelor of Animation majoring in Art Direction. During my degree, I had illustrations published in several issues of Voiceworks Magazine, wrote and illustrated a comic book, directed a 4-minute 2D animated film, and worked as a freelancer with local clients including UQ Sport. I also dabbled in stop motion animation and polymer clay jewellery.
Since graduating at the end of 2019 I have worked as a Junior Graphic Designer for the University of Queensland Union, and as the solo full-time in-house Visual Storyteller for Brisbane South Primary Health Network, a not-for-profit organisation.
At the end of 2021 I moved home to nipaluna/Hobart, and now run my own design and illustration business. I'm endlessly inspired by the quiet and beautiful forests, and love the slower pace of life here. I am always looking for fun projects and collaborations, please get in touch!
In my free time I am a tea and book enthusiast.
